	PDS TECH PDS Tech, Inc., is an award winning specialty recruiting firm that supplies temporary staff and project support to Fortune 500 clients. Founded in 1977 PDS Tech has its roots in aerospace and defense engineering, IT staffing, and IT project support and PDS counts among its customers the largest companies in those industries. PDS Tech now ranks in the top 30 staffing companies in the U.S. and is the 4th largest engineering staffing firm. They came to us with a something we have heard more than once in the last few years: "Our salespeople are embarrased to give prospects the web site address." We understand how that happens. At some point in their history an employee in their IT department had put up a few pages of html. Over the years other pages and sections were added until they had a mass of content without logical navigation or consistent design. The content of their web site was relevant and fairly well-written but what is the perception of the company when visitors see a disorganized, cluttered and poorly designed site? We hashed out the navigation and presented several page designs. We wanted the web site to work harder with their business process so we integrated their job search function seamlessly with their third-party job search engine and their employee portal—myPDS—where employees can look up earnings, insurance options and tax documents. Prior to launch we ran focus groups and usability studies. The site has been well received by both clients and customers and is receiving 300% more traffic.
	Dallas Fan Fares Dallas Fan Fares is a recognized leader in the field of exceptional meeting management, incentive travel, destination management and sports hospitality. Founded in 1980 as a Destination Management Company (DMC) and still officially recognized among the “Top DMC’s in the World,” they have a proven track record of meticulous program execution. They called us after seeing a site we had done for a similar firm. They liked the excitement, the bold imagery and the contemporary look and wanted to employ those qualities in a site redesign. They are an excellent client with savvy marketing skills and in-depth knowledge of design. The site has served them well and we are in the process of getting them up to speed with a blog and social networking resources.
